Need flexibility in scheduling sessions due to time constraints
Have certain physical limitations

Details:

  • Maximum 8 participants per session
  • Cover up sessions can be scheduled in case you miss sessions (within the given month).
  • Sessions can be switched according to your time schedule.
1 ON 1

1 ON 1 Sessions

Personal training sessions
Consultations / Coaching in fitness, nutrition and lifestyle habits.
